Order Cancellation

Warranty & Replacements
We stand by the quality of our souvenirs. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we offer a 7-day return-for-replacement policy starting from the date of delivery.
Additionally, all products are covered by a 30-day warranty against material or workmanship defects under normal use.
Eligibility Conditions
To ensure a smooth return process, please verify the following:
- The item is in its original condition: unused, unwashed, with tags attached and original packaging intact.
- Proof of Purchase (Order ID) is provided.
- Clear evidence (photos or short video) of the issue is submitted within the 7-day window.

Return Shipping Costs
We handle shipping costs fairly based on the return reason:
- Quality Issues / Wrong Item: We will cover the return shipping costs (usually via a prepaid label).
- Personal Reasons (Size/Color): The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
- Damage caused by misuse, accidents, negligence, or improper cleaning.
- Items that have been altered, modified, or disassembled.
- Change of mind, personal preference, or incorrect size/color selection.
- Sale items (clearance), gift cards, or accessories.
- Minor packaging wear or surface scratches that do not affect functionality.
Post-Warranty Support
Even after the 30-day warranty period, we care about your experience. We continue to provide repair assistance and replacement parts at cost. Please don’t hesitate to reach out.
